About the Board

1. Regarding to the UP intermediate Education Act-1921, Page No 491, (29) that the board can conduct Higher Secondary Examination (one year or three year's Course) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi for 10th and page no. 492,(38) that higher Secondary technical Examination (three year's Course) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi for 12th (10+2).Our Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi mentioned in Chapter 14 established by an executive order(Calender1960-62, Abridged Addition) issued by board of high school and intermediate education, Uttar Pradesh Govt. of U.P. , Lucknow, of dated: 23rd Jan., 1959.We have also an executive order of dated: 8th July, 1995 (U.P. Government gazette notification, page no. 40, sub section 29 and 38) and Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh, Calendar 1960-62 (Page No. 119 and 120, Sub Section 29 and 38 ).

2. Our board is notified by the gazettes published by the different authority of Government of India, wide the gazette of India, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi, dated: (1) 19th January, 1952 (2) 12th April, 1952 (3) 09th August, 1952. In these gazettes Notifications, Ministry of Defence has clearly mentioned that the Higher Secondary Technical examinations certificate issued by the Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi are valid for Central Government as well as state Government jobs. An executive order Published by Ministry of Education New Delhi on 27th February 1962 with the reference no. F.55-21/61-SE 2 (B) the institutions recognized by our board are also recognized by the ministry of education and CBSE.

3. The Government Resolution no. F-115-R, 28, dated July 1, 1929 to F.55-21/61- SE 2(B) dated 27th February, 1962. Government of India and ministry of Education Dept. is saying that "The education institutions recognized by the Delhi Higher Secondary Board shall be deemed as Institutions recognized by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) the Board." Even our board constitution is almost parallel to CBSE board.

4.We have also Regulation published and recognized by Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh under part I, The Intermediate Education Act, 1921 (united provinces act no. II of 1921) in which the board is working since 1919 as a recognized Education Board conducting examinations and educational activities in India. The name of Board of higher Secondary Education- Delhi is prescribed in their regulation calendars from 1919 to 2014 accordingly.

5. Our BHSE Delhi boards name has stayed on number of 11 in the list of recognized board of M.P. state open school Bhopal by office order of deputy Secretary of Chief Minister, M.P., Bhopal through reference no.74/CMS/VIP/2019 of dated: 17/06/2019 and commissioner of Public Education Directorate through reference no. 2280/2019 of dated: 07/11/2019 respectively.

6. Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal stated that "exams conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi are considered equivalent to the exams conducted by Board of secondary education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal" through letter no. 456 of dated 06/10/2008(Equivalency booklet no. 216, revised up to January 2004).
